At Omni Pools & Spas, we take counterfeiting seriously. All of our products are guaranteed authentic. We provide you branded Swimming Pool & Spas products at reduced prices as our operating expenses are low and we buy large quantities from suppliers.

All our items are 100% authentic and come directly from the manufacturer or from an authorized wholesaler/dealer.

Prior to shipping, we inspect each shipment to confirm its authenticity.

 Shipping & Delivery Policy (Products)

For domestic (INDIA) buyers, orders are shipped through registered domestic courier or Cargo companies and /or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 10-45 working days or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment subject to Courier Company / post office norms. Omni Pools & Spas is not liable for any delay in delivery by the courier / Cargo company / postal authorities and only guarantees to hand over the consignment to the courier / Cargo company or postal authorities within 10-45 working days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation.

Delivery of all orders will be to registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card only at all times (Unless specified at the time of Order). Omni Pools & Spas is in no way responsible for any damage to the order while in transit to the buyer. Omni Pools & Spas is proud to use EBS Payments Gateway for fast, easy and efficient secure payments. All major credit cards are accepted.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

The shipping charge is based on the weight of the product and Destination. For multiple products ordered from the same category the program adds up the weight of all the units ordered and charges a single delivery fee.

The minimum weight taken into account is 250 gm (only for documents) for domestic shipments and 500 gm for international shipments. There is a parcel surcharge applicable for the consignments other than documents irrespective of weight of the shipments in case of international deliveries.

The weight of the product has been built in into the delivery charge of each product. This will automatically be added to the product cost at the payment stage. (example) The delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to be shipped within India will be = INR 165.

The delivery charge is arrived at by multiplying the weight of the product with the slab rate. (example) Thus, the delivery cost of a consignment weighing 3 Kg to USA will be (789+(5*213)) = INR 1854.

Customer/  Client is to take delivery of the ordered good from Omni Pools & Spas premises, will carry the goods to his choice of carrier and is responsible for payment to Carrier /transporter. Goods once leave our premises will be a responsibility of the customer/ client. And delivery charges are not mentioned in the invoice.

Delivery Mode: All products are delivered through courier service (Blue Dart, FedEx, DTDC etc.) or Cargo- Gati / Safe Express or Fedex etc or reputed regional Courier  and Cargo companies..

Insurance: All products are insured against theft and damages incurred during transit. If you receive a package that is open or visibly damaged, please do not accept it. Contact us at +91-93260 36333 or email us at info@omnipools.in.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

Omni Pools & Spas believes in helping its customers as far as possible and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. Under this policy:

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 72 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of production / shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that the Omni Pools & Spas marketing team has obtained on special occasions like Pongal, Diwali, Valentine’s Day or any other seasonal offers etc. These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.
  • Omni Pools & Spas does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like Chemicals, flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective consumer durable items and non durable items like mobile phones, mixer grinder, calculator etc, please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.

 Refund Policy – 

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our 100% support guarantee. If you are, for any reason, not entirely happy with your purchase, we will answer and solve your queries.. We build, construct, manufacture and sell Swimming Pools & Spas that we use ourselves every day and have many satisfied customers , and our support is second to none.

That is why we can afford to back our products with this special service guarantee. A supplied product will be replaced / repaired to meet the claim given in the offer.In no case refund will be initiated unless it is proved that product does not satisfy/ meet the claims made in the offer.To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within ninety (90) days of your purchase. Please include your order number if any (sent to you via email after ordering) and optionally tell us why you’re requesting a refund – we take customer feedback very seriously and use it to constantly improve our products and quality of service. Refunds are not being provided for services delivered in full such as installation service and provided knowledge base hosting service. Refunds are being processed within 60 days period.

How the delivery charge is calculated for multiple units and some products

Thus, a customer who orders three books weighing 200gms, 250gms and 400gms is charged a single delivery fee of a consignment weighing more than 500gms but less than one kg. The customer is not charged for three different consignments weighing less than 500gms each. (example) Thus the customer will pay a delivery fee of Rs 85 for ordering the three books as a single order instead of Rs 142 if he orders them separately.

However, the delivery fee is calculated separately when a customer orders different products. Thus, if a customer orders a Pearl Set and Shirts he will pay separate delivery charges for each product. This is because the products are being sourced and shipped from different cities.
